The BTD International Fund House Headquarters is a high-end corporate office fit-out completed by Sonraki Architecture in 2023, located at Emaar Center Residence — one of Istanbul's most prestigious business addresses. Sonraki delivered the full scope of works in-house: interior architecture, bespoke furniture manufacturing, graphic design integration, decorative finishes, and project consultancy.

The design concept reflects the identity of an international fund management firm: refined materiality, precision detailing, and a spatial language that communicates authority and credibility. The CEO suite, boardroom, director cabins, and open-plan workspaces were each approached as distinct environments, unified by a cohesive design narrative.

Custom-manufactured furniture pieces were designed and produced by Sonraki's own workshops. All millwork, joinery, and fit-out elements were executed under a single project management framework — ensuring continuity from design intent to final handover.

This project is a reference example of Sonraki's capability to deliver full-scope, design-led office fit-outs for international corporate clients operating in Istanbul.
