The design & build approach means that both design and construction are managed by a single team under one contract. Instead of hiring separate designers, contractors and suppliers, the entire process is coordinated through one responsible studio. This reduces communication gaps, shortens timelines and allows design decisions to be developed alongside construction realities, resulting in better cost control and smoother project delivery.
2. Will I face unexpected costs during the project?
Projects are initially designed in line with your budget expectations. During the design phase, spatial decisions, material standards and technical solutions are developed with cost awareness from the beginning. Once the design is completed, quantities and specifications are clearly defined, allowing individual items to be priced accurately. 3. Can I start with design only and decide on construction later?
Yes. Clients may begin with interior design and technical documentation services and proceed to construction at a later stage. Projects are delivered at an implementation-ready level of detail.
