Shell & core refers to properties delivered in base building condition, where only the structural shell and main building systems are completed. Interior partitions, finishes, kitchens, bathrooms and all functional interior elements are constructed afterwards. Many new residential developments in Istanbul and surrounding regions are delivered in this way, offering flexibility for customised design and fit-out.

2. Do you provide turnkey services for empty delivered villas?

Yes. We deliver complete turnkey solutions for shell & core villas, starting from interior design through construction and final delivery. 3. Do you also work on shell & core office projects?

Yes. We manage planning, design and implementation for shell & core office spaces. Especially in large developments such as Istanbul Financial Center, early coordination is essential. Projects can be developed and delivered at CAT A, CAT B or CAT C fit-out levels, depending on client needs.

4. How are budget and timeline controlled in shell & core projects?

5. If I already have a design, can you provide execution and project management only?
