Efes Plus Richmond is a full-scope restaurant construction and fit-out project completed by Sonraki Architecture in 2025, located in Richmond, South West London. This project represents Sonraki's most comprehensive international delivery to date — undertaken not merely as an interior design commission, but as a full general contractor engagement, with Sonraki assuming responsibility for construction, contract management, MEP coordination, and handover.

Works completed include: architectural design and technical documentation, full project management and contract administration, construction and builder's works, joinery and carpentry, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, bespoke furniture manufacturing, hardware, procurement, and consultancy throughout.

The design concept responds to Richmond's premium residential catchment — a space that expresses Turkish hospitality and culinary culture through a refined, contemporary interior language. The brief demanded both warmth and sophistication, and the result is an environment that supports a premium dining experience while maintaining an accessible, neighbourhood character.
