Efes Premium is a full-scope restaurant design and build project completed by Sonraki Architecture in 2023, located in Wimbledon, South West London. The project represents one of Sonraki's key international references — demonstrating the firm's capacity to manage complex hospitality fit-outs across borders, with full coordination from Istanbul.

Scope of works included: interior design concept and technical drawings, bespoke joinery and custom furniture manufacturing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, hardware specification, procurement, and construction management. The entire project was delivered through Sonraki's single-contractor model, ensuring design integrity from concept to completion.
